Alexey Shuvalov, nicknamed Magaban, is one of the most daring and charismatic bandits of the 90s era, but too humane for the criminal world. Left out of work and penniless, Shuvalov gets tired of being a simple bath attendant. The security post in this bathhouse is occupied by Igor Rubtsov, nicknamed Bruce, in the past one of the most famous, cool and scandalous operas, who kept the whole city in fear, but did not accept the new rules of the system.
