Patrick and Jamie are cousins, best friends and, more importantly, cops. Caught in a power struggle, Patrick, who's also Jamie's boss, is a clean-cut investigator, while Jamie does nothing by the book. Always breaking the rules and nursing a drug addiction, Jamie is forced to clean up his act when Patrick becomes involved in questionable police work.
